Terms of Use

By using this website you agree to these terms. ChargePatrol provides mobile EV charging and roadside services as described on this site.

Requests are not confirmed dispatches

Submitting a form or completing an online booking does not guarantee service. Dispatch confirms availability, scope, timing and price with you.

Estimates

Arrival times (including our under 45 minutes average) and range added (typically 25–50 miles) are estimates, not guarantees. Results depend on location, traffic, weather, vehicle compatibility and conditions.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Square on its hosted checkout and are subject to Square’s terms. Contact dispatch about cancellations and refunds.

Safety

If you are in danger or blocking a live traffic lane, call 911 first. Follow the instructions of emergency responders and our technicians.
